Privacy & objections
Keizu assembles ownership information already made public by official company registers (see Coverage for which ones, and each one's stated legal basis for reuse). This page explains what that means for you if you appear in it, and how to object.
Why you might appear here
Where Keizu shows a named individual, it is because a company register in an EU/EEA jurisdiction has already published that person's name in connection with a company's ownership or control - typically under that jurisdiction's transposition of the EU's anti-money-laundering framework. Keizu does not collect this information itself; it reads and resolves what the register already discloses. The legal basis for republishing it is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), assessed per register and recorded against each one on the Coverage page.
Your right to object
You can object to a person page being shown, or request its removal, under GDPR Art. 17/21. If we agree - or where required regardless of agreement, such as a court order - the person is suppressed: removed from search and from every page Keizu renders, immediately and until released. This is enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the application layer.
Suppression does not alter or delete the underlying register filing. The filing is the register's own public record of what it published and when; Keizu suppressing its own display of that fact does not, and could not, change what the original register shows. If you want the source record itself changed, that request goes to the register that published it, not to Keizu.
How to submit a request
Email us and include:
- The company or person's name as it appears on Keizu, and ideally the Keizu URL
- Jurisdiction and registration number, if you have them
- What you're asking for - objection, erasure, correction, or that we're showing something in error
GDPR Art. 12(3) sets a one-month statutory deadline to respond to a data subject request; we aim to act well inside that.

X-Robots-Tag: noindex- not indexed by search engines. - Keizu does not store visitor IP addresses in raw form; rate-limiting uses a salted hash.
- No documents are stored - pages are built from resolved data at request time, not kept as standing profiles.
